Not happy with your speech? Reply to your receipt email within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund of your $12 payment, no questions asked.

Before you request one, though — most complaints we hear are about a specific line, a tone that's a little off, or a length that doesn't quite fit, and those are exactly what your 3 included revisions are for. A revision is usually faster than a refund and gets you a speech you can actually use, so it's worth trying one first from your permanent speech link.

If you'd still rather have your money back after that, or you just want a refund straight away, just reply to your original receipt or confirmation email from ZL Norman Labs with the word "refund" and we'll process it, typically within a few business days back to your original payment method.
