Terms of Service
Wedding Speech Draft is operated by ZL Norman Labs ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
What the service does
Wedding Speech Draft generates a personalized wedding speech from information you provide — your role, your relationship to the couple, and the stories or details you choose to share. You can watch a free preview of your speech generate live. Unlocking the complete speech is a one-time payment of $12, paid through Stripe Checkout — we never see or store your card details ourselves; Stripe handles that.
No accounts
There's no account to create and no password to remember. After you pay, we email your speech to the address you provide and give you a permanent, private link where it lives. Keep that link — it's how you access your speech and use your revisions, and we don't have a login system as a backup.
Revisions
Each purchased speech includes 3 revisions, made from your permanent speech link. Revisions let you adjust tone, length, or content; they're intended for refining your speech, not for generating an unrelated or unlimited number of alternate speeches.
Acceptable use
Use Wedding Speech Draft to write your own wedding speech or one you've been asked to help write. Don't use the service to generate content that's abusive, defamatory, or intended to harass or humiliate someone, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the free-preview or anti-abuse systems (including automated or bot traffic). We may block access for accounts or usage patterns that violate this.
Content is yours
The speech generated for you is yours to use, edit, and deliver however you like. We don't claim ownership over the personalized speech text produced for your purchase.
No guarantee of outcome
We aim for genuinely useful, well-written speeches, but we can't guarantee a particular audience reaction, delivery result, or that the generated text will require no edits from you. You're responsible for reviewing your speech before delivering it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use ofWedding Speech Draft is limited to the amount you actually paid us — $12 for a standard purchase. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
